Pathways to Independence, Inc. (PTII), helps people find jobs at no cost to the employer. We specialize in helping employers find ways to reduce costs by effectively matching potential employees with specific tasks. We seek employers who are looking for creative ways to staff their companies and are willing to discuss alternative methods of developing employees.

Many of PTII’s clients are looking for part-time jobs that are entry level and repetitive. Sometimes these tasks are spread across several job descriptions and can be culled to create a part-time job for a new employee. Current employees then are free to concentrate on those tasks in which he or she specializes.
